After handling more than 4,000 cases, Ms. Deck is particularly adept at balancing the legal and factual issues with the parties´ emotional, business and personal needs. She has developed a dynamic mediation process to resolve disputes at any stage, from internal conflict within an organization to cases in full-blown litigation.

Fees/Cancellation Policy

Fees are payable in advance and must be received in full before the date of the mediation. Please call to request a current fee schedule. Ms. Deck offers flat rates for a full day, half day, and an hourly rate for additional time. Flat rates include ample preparation time. If the case does not settle, post-mediation follow-up will be charged at a rate of $500 per hour. Ms. Deck does not charge travel fees for cases in the greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, Inland Empire or San Diego.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Fees will be refunded for cases cancelled at least 14 calendar days before the hearing date. Fees for cases cancelled or postponed less than 14 calendar days before the hearing date are not refundable unless Ms. Deck is able to fill the time with another matter. Ms Deck will make every effort to work with counsel who wish to reschedule their case within a reasonable period of time.
